Christmas-ish Wedding

8 days until Christmas :) I feel 20lbs heavier already! It will be a very exciting time over here at Noey Bakes because I'm doing a 230 cupcake display for a friend's wedding. Yes I said two-hundred and thirty, during Christmas might I add since the wedding is December 26th.

To house this large amount of cupcakes I will be constructing this:



It's gorgeous and hopefully it won't drive me too crazy this weekend trying to put it together. I will definately put pictures up. As for the cupcake flavors, the bride chose:

red velvet with cream cheese frosting
white cake filled with whipped kahlua mascarpone cheese frosted with kahlua cream cheese
and a mocha cupcake with frangelico (hazelnut) frosting

yum, right? I'm very excited to get started on this project. The bf's hobby is some type of video editing/making thing. He suggested that he film me doing DIY videos. I told him I'm not a pro like that but thinking about it to entertain his idea. ;) Alright let the baking begin!
